  • What do the 1, 3, 7, and 14 day statistics mean?

    They show rolling averages for sleep and awake time across those recent windows, helping you spot short-term and medium-term patterns quickly.

  • Does the Apple Watch app store my sleep data?

    No. The iPhone app remains the source of truth. The watch mirrors current state and sends actions back to the phone.

  • Is my sleep data private?

    Yes. Sleep Timer is designed around on-device privacy. Your sleep history is not uploaded to our servers.

  • Can I use the app without internet access?

    Yes. Core sleep tracking works directly on your device and does not require an internet connection.

  • Does the app provide medical advice?

    No. The app is a tracking tool for sleep sessions and patterns. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical guidance.

  • Can I delete my sleep history?

    Yes. You can remove individual sleep records or clear all saved sleep data from the app's data management tools.
