Yes. You can create a sleep entry manually and edit saved sessions later if you need to correct times or notes.
What do the 1, 3, 7, and 14 day statistics mean?
They show rolling averages for sleep and awake time across those recent windows, helping you spot short-term and medium-term patterns quickly.
Does the Apple Watch app store my sleep data?
No. The iPhone app remains the source of truth. The watch mirrors current state and sends actions back to the phone.
Is my sleep data private?
Yes. Sleep Timer is designed around on-device privacy. Your sleep history is not uploaded to our servers.
Can I use the app without internet access?
Yes. Core sleep tracking works directly on your device and does not require an internet connection.
Does the app provide medical advice?
No. The app is a tracking tool for sleep sessions and patterns. It does not diagnose, treat, or replace professional medical guidance.
Can I delete my sleep history?
Yes. You can remove individual sleep records or clear all saved sleep data from the app's data management tools.
